Allyson Felix

Allyson Michelle Felix was born in Los Angeles on November 18 1985. Paul Felix served as an ordinand within Sun Valley at Master's Seminary. Marlean Felix taught at Balboa Magnet. Felix had an early aptitude for sports when she was studying at Los Angeles Baptist High School. Her sprinting potential at the time. Just 10 weeks after her first attempt, she finished third in the 200 meter event in the U.S. Indoor Track and Field Championship. Felix graduated from high school and subsequently signed a pro-contract to Adidas. In 2004, she was enrolled at an institution called the University of Southern California, in the area of elementary education. Felix's first Olympic medal came during the 2004 Summer Olympics held at Athens Greece. Felix set the world junior record by sprinting 200 meters in 22.18 secs. In 2005, the Helsinki World Championships saw her become the youngest woman to take home the 200 meters race. In 2007, she won the title by beating her Jamaican opponent Veronica Campbell. Felix participated in Beijing London Rio de Janeiro Tokyo and was consistently within the top three athletes in her respective events.
